invisible ball

already asked on nirvana and thought i would ask here :Hi:
dont know if you can ask about irpinball
so delete if you want.
just got smarty off irpinball
looks very nice makes the right noises for coins
and start but the ball is invisible,
you can get the ball from kickout hole
place on pf start game and the score starts working
as it hits bumper but as said above ball is invisible
anyone any clues

My guess is the table was designed to play with a certain version of VP. There are so many versions of VP 8 and 9 sometimes the wrong version makes the ball invisible.

That and on certain versions of vp there were dropwall rendering issues. Like using a dropwall for a bumper ring would make the ball invisible when it hit the bumper. If you were trying 9.9, I'd try 9.21 or 9.20.
