Many pinball tables featured artwork of exotic dance girls from dark and mysterious Arabian conquests.
Here's a picture of one such dancer. When I saw this, I couldn't help thinking of that strange and hypnotic Arabian Dance Music that they'd have on Star Trek The Original Series. They used it once on the episode "The Menagerie", when a green Orion Slave Girl was dancing in front of Capt. Pike during one of the hallucinations he was experiencing at the hand of the Talosian Zoo Keeper. Another time was in S2E14, "Wolf In The Fold", when the alien lady Kara was dancing in front of Kirk, McCoy and Scotty ... Scotty ends up going off with her, but murders her while under the influence of an alien presence called "Jack The Ripper".
