What's this?

yogiholzer:
I just discovered this available from everywhere: http://roguepinball.com/reputation.php?uid=39

What is it good for and why is there a need for it for everyone in the world?

Itchigo:
I have no idea. Reputation is something done on forums, but I never did get it.

yogiholzer:
What do you mean with "..., but I never did get it."? It's available from every web search engine.
Google for "Itchigo profile roguepinball" and it's the first result shown.

Here is your reputation report: http://roguepinball.com/reputation.php?uid=1
Here is your profile: http://roguepinball.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=1

I mean these data shouldn't be open and available for everyone. I don't like that and I will ask
you to remove/delete my profile, if it's a wanted feature of roguepinball. Sorry.

Itchigo:
Yogi, I'm trying to understand. Your reputation and profile you want hidden? I think right now only logged in members can see this. I'll check the settings.

What I meant was the attraction of having reputation on any site. Pinball Nirvana has "reputation power". Why it's wanted is what I don't get. A lot of forums have it though.

Itchigo:
Yogi, if you're not a member, or not logged in, this is what you get when trying to view a profile. The reason you could see things is your browser was logging you in automaticly when you searched.

Edit: I see that those links still work when unlogged. But, what's really happening is you're being logged on by clicking them.

Hmm, maybe not, now I see them unlogged.I'll put my best man on it. Oh Pintrepid...?
