If you look on your 3rd screenshot, there is a bar across the screen that says "Visual Pinball". Then, right below that, there's another bar that says "Visual Pinball Cabinets". The Cabinets posts are showing because that forum board is expanded; the "Visual Pinball" forum board is NOT showing because that board is collapsed!

Find where it says "Visual Pinball" and then look across to the right. There should be a little arrow that looks like it's pointing to the right. Click on it so that it's pointing down and *-voila!-* the Visual Pinball board should now show up, including the sub-forum "Works In Progress".
