The B2S thingie
« on: March 07, 2013, 01:52:33 PM »
has anyone figured out this thing yet?
the manual is chock full of stuff but I think I need my two monitors
running at the same time so I can read the docs off one
and actually work with the b2s thing in the other!
It looks cool but so intensive! and can a play field also be worked on in it?
and going by the docs it looks like it's only for ROM pins
since it mentions rom based callouts to lighting effects on the back glasses themselves
I have not dug too far into yet so I may be wrong
with what can and can't be put into the editor though
I am never wrong Once I thought I was
 but I was merely mistaken

Use 2 windows when you start, one for the editor itself, and one for the help manual. That's how I started. A playfield can be worked on too, Start a new project, name it, save, add your pf image as a backglass, add your lighting, hit "show illumination with accurate intensity", and export illuminated image. Then look in your projects folder of the same name. I used it to make this. Lights courtesy of Grizz.
