Star Pool Williams 1974 FS Direct B2s

This is a vp8 to FS mod of Eala's table (thank you). I had some help from Eala and PBecker1946 (moving the center image- it was a reel).

Not a bad looking table, but I was wondering why some of the table lights have a square around them when lit?

For the most part it was a straight rotation, but I'm guessing there was a difference between the lit/unlit images. I had to change them to "custom" lights from regular ones (only custom lights will show an image). When you change a regular light to custom it turns square, unless you shape it. Think I missed that.

Lol, oops didn't mean to toss you under the bus!  Just curious  why some had squares and some didn't.

So how do you "shape" them, is it relatively easy?
I have a couple other tables with the same thing, maybe I can fix them myself if it's not too complicated.

Nah, I'm used to it at work.... :Cussing: :Banghead:

What's happening is the light itself is bigger than the image it's being put on, and you're seeing overlap. What you're seeing is the color difference between the 2 images. I played with the lit/unlit images in Gimp, but I didn't apply the settings equally so they're a bit off (got interputed).

For circular lights: Copy and paste a light from my Cowboys and Indians table. (Thanks JP). -- As long as the lights are not listed in any collection in the collection manager-- Delete the old light and copy a circular one, rename.

Or just reshape the light(s) you have via this: (Walls and lights are shaped the same way).

Itchigo - think we can get permissions to update this table with some new code and graphics?

Eala gave me permission to mod to FS/update as needed, so I'd say yes. As long as we say Original Table by Eala, updated by allknowing2012 we're good. It's one of my favorites from when I was a kid, that's why I wanted it. Even before I was an operator.
