Big Casino Gottlieb 1961

http://roguepinball.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=361My exploration of the post-war evolution of pinball from the invention of the flipper to the mid 1960's continues with Gottlieb's Big Casino. Big Casino was released in July, 1961. Designed by Wayne Neyens, with art by Roy Parker, 1,600 units were produced. This game has what I think is a unique feature, in that one of the awards the player can earn directly is a double match number.  This reduces the odds of a match from 1 in 10, to 1 in 5.

Looking at the internet comments on this game, it appears to be one you either like or hate - there's not much middle it seems. It is definitely a "nudger's delight" as it takes some careful nudging to get all of the cards lit for the special. But if you do, you can earn many replays in a single game. As with all of my games, pressing the "R" key will display the game rules and feature keys.

FS available.
