Title: What can we do to build the Rogue?
Post by: Itchigo on December 06, 2012, 01:33:37 AM
What would you guys like to see here?  What can we do to make things more interesting?

You guys are free to invite anyone you want by the way. ;D

What we do is we play pinball on our computers, and design games for others to enjoy. We don't sell anything here, it's all free. We run on donations, and I makeup the difference to keep us running.

I'm not real good with PS5 myself, but I have learned everything with Google. Some people who make these games use PS5 to make the images. Anything specific, ask a question, and I'm sure someone can help.

There are 2 ways to play. In either case you download the program (free and no spyware), then you download the individual games.

The 2 types: Desktop. This is designed for a laptop, or a single screen desktop computer. This is what you would use.

Fullscreen (FS): Some of us have built our own machines. It involves 2 tv's, and a cabinet to house them. This isn't for you, unless you build one. (2nd picture)

No Space Mission desktop? I don't see it in the downloads area.

BTW ... you know how you have your Cabinet available for downloads? I wonder if there could be something similar for Desktop (or in my case laptop) tables.

I -was- going to use part of this coming tax return in Feb to get a dedicated Win 7 i5 or i7 for VP ... but Corporate Zeros have attacked the SR_TOL plant, and it's closing by Q2 in 2015. I might be among the first to go at the end of Feb.

So much for Game Room time

I'll bet you'd like to see THAT happen... :Green: (Sorry to hear that)

For Desktop: I can totally do that. But any additions would have to go through me to add them. The reason is I can't have a folder with full access for others to add and the other folders be restricted. (I don't think). When I get time I'll have to ask my people about it.

Space Mission hasn't been released yet. Phil and I got some tables ready to go so he could move without making it look like he was gone. I was trying to space things out a bit, but it seems I'm behind.
