The snow effects are a mod in the forum's software someone made. We use SMF Simple Machines Forum software here as it's good, and it's free.  :Content: If I remember correctly I have them set to run from Dec1 to Dec 31st every year. I've been told they can slow browsers, but hey, it's Christmas!! (yes, I said Christmas  :Ohh:)
