Even if it's still a full week until it's time, here are my Christmas greetings to you:

I don't celebrate Christmas since years. Usually no fun, but only stress, if you celebrate.
Instead I visit Christmas markets with friends and/or colleagues the days before, tomorrow
too, to have some mulled wine.

Rukia:
A Courier and Ives kind of Christmas.

Damn Yogi - you turning into a right miserable old git. Is this how you celebrate birthdays generally? Go on, de-stress and enjoy for once; forget the commercialism and celebrate the real meaning ... the birth of Jesus Christ.  :o

There are just too many party poopers in the world!

rosve:
I don't think that we celebrate the birth of christ very much here.
We celebrate Jul (or midwinter = winter Solstice) the opposite of MidSummer. Christ was sort of incorporated into the party but not many people care much about that.

Come to think about it, we don't even have Santa Claus. For us Tomten is the guy of the day. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomte

Funny how different the culture in Scandinavia is compare to the rest of Europe (and USA). The reason is that we have no Roman influences and chritianity came here rater late.

Merry Christmas ot God Jul.

Itchigo:
Unfortunately we don't as much as we should here too. It IS the whole reason for the holiday after all, everyone always forgets it's not about presents......
