Hopefully Admin are present and are working diligently 'round the clock to resolve these issues.

But if not, then in the near future it may be of help to try these URLS.
The first one is the DNS IP address version of the URL for PN and if you use it,
it will give you a different error message than the one that you already have.
Breaks the monotony a bit!

... but it seems that the actual forum pages are NOT loading at this time.  :'( Problem with the forum software. Their config file may be damaged or not set up properly.
