Error downloading tables stating I need credits

  I am getting the attached error when trying to download any table even though I am logged in. I don't recall in the past ever having to have 'credits' ?? How do I go about getting tables downloaded? Thanks :

Update, seems I was able to download tables on my pc upstairs but on the cab, I got the attached error. Never saw that before. no biggie. only needed 4 anyway.

I'm not seeing a way to show the credits, it seems it only says anything when you are out.

Something I forgot to mention is if you upload a table, you get a credit when someone downloads it too.
