**Notice about wheels**

Itchigo:
Wheel images are not in downloads, they are in their own thread. Each thread should be the name of the wheel. This should help in searching for a particular wheel.

As an experiment I have locked the wheel threads. You can go into the thread and download the wheel, but you won't be able to reply. I did this so any replies wouldn't "bump" an old topic as a new wheel.

If there's any problems at all, please don't hesitate to tell me.
