wow, I can't believe you all are able to find such great resources to save these classic old tables.

Itchigo:
The only thing I can take credit for is the bumpertops. I found those on ebay. Phil finds most of these on the IPDB then Photoshops them. He's gone as far as messaging owners for realistic gameplay, and even buying a schematic for one.
