pretty!!

you know, back when i was making tables, i never really tried adding table-level lamp glows.  but looking at the russ jenson PF image, those glows definitely add a lot of charm.  like you've got going on the backglass... those glows look great in particular.

Thanks. Actually Ike, it's not even the finished one. Here's the final one. Lighting was done with Herweh"s B2s editor. It has a photoshop type function built into it. It's going to replace uvp. The editor is in the downloads section. Basically, you can drop a light on the backglass, use the slider for intensity, then size it for the "cone".

hmm... personally i like the former one.  it has that perfect mix of light-to-dark ratio, 'these are only little bulbs behind here, fellas, which are still a novelty for the time period'.

yea, the latter one is way too overlit and modern-looking for me... then again, you're building this table just for ME, right? :P

Sure, why not?  :whistle: I wasn't crazy about the other one, but it did represent a small no.44 bulb behind it.
