Hey, Rukie!

I notice you spell "Aaarg" without an "h" (No.....not "Haaarg") ; is that because it can be disruptive, changing the 'g' sound to an 'f'? (Imagine texting 'WTG!').

Probably just as well, though; who would give credence to a bunch of guys with hand-hooks, eye patches and peg-legs running around yelling, "ARF!"?

Please don't smack me.....:Whiteflag:

pirate walks into a bar  with a steering wheel down the front of his pants
the bartender asks "why the wheel?"
replies the pirate, "AAARH it's driving me nuts!!"

Talking like pirates is like the Olde English version of what we know in modern times to be Truckerese. Just turn on the CB to any ol' frequency and you'll see what I mean  :Green:

one of my faves
C. W. McCall "Wolf Creek Pass"

and the one that always brings a tear to my eye
is one I played for a friend in the 90's who had never been out of his hometown of Passaic NJ
so I took him camping at Ramapo State park
one year before he passed away...he was my age
"Aurora Borealis" C.W. McCall 2011 digital audio remaster from vinyl record

and me and my moms favorite which always makes her cry
being that her mom is buried in Clifton NJ
and my mom can't ever go back there again due to her own declining health
so each year we buy flowers and play this tune
