Hey, Itch! Nice job of spicing up the Stern; the mini playfield and the 'sunken hull' of the varitarget are apt occupants for all the extra territory required by the double flippers. (See screenshot for evidence of fun.....)

I do have one question / issue, though; filling the Q-U-I-C-K lanes is almost impossible (or at least much harder than usual) since a plunged ball dropping through an unlit lane seems to be the only way of turning on the light. I have yet to see a ball bumped up through a lane turn on its light, either on the way up or falling back through.....and about once in a blue moon a ball up and around the left orbit will turn on a light when it falls through. For a while I thought maybe each of the five lanes had to be hit, and with the lane lights in their original positions, but how would the player be expected to avoid using a flipper at least once.....?

I've looked in the script ('Top 5 Lanes', lines 585-646) but found nothing that I thought explained the problem; is it just "one of those things"?

Anyway, still fun! Thanks!  :Pinball: :Downapint:

EDIT---Obviously, 1024 X 768 is a bit large for this setup; would 800 x 600 be a closer fit for your attachment window?

As I remember it.....

You should be able to use the lane changers to spell QUICK however, only the actual letter you hit will register on the bottom circle of letters. But if you spell QUICK on top, it should spot a letter on the bottom.

To get the top letters shoot the spinner or the varitarget. (This was my first attempt at a varitarget, and even though I didn't know this, I was able to piece it together from a table which was done in French). It was a somewhat botched attempt, but I liked it, so I never fixed it. :pizza:
