Hello from Naples Florida!!  Rukia is in Naples Florida for a week on vacation!  Actually, my sister and brother in law are moving to Naples Florida in about a year, and she wants to show me around town and go down to the beach and have some fun.  I've never been to the ocean before so this is going to be a first for me, and I just can't wait! 
 
The inspiration for today (or for the week) is:  In whatever you do, have fun.  Try a first for yourself.

On the linai listening to the various aviary creatures and updating you!  Making plans for a brunch or sunset cruise.  Been to the pier twice already and I'm looking forward to going to the beach today!

Inspirational # 107
 
Went to the beach and swam in the ocean for the very first time ever yesterday!  Very awesome and salty.  The Gulf is the saltiest body of water around Naples Florida.  Today, my sister and I are going to a man made salt cave made from Himalayan Salt crystals.  It should be relaxing and again, awesome.  Himalayan salt is good for the skin and the respiratory system, which in extremely fine particles, aids in ridding the lungs of toxins.  I had a sinus infection prior to coming to Florida, so the salt crystals should help in getting rid of any excess toxins and junk in my sinuses.
 
Today's inspiration:  Relax and detox!!  Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of greens, and chill out!!

Going on a sunset cruise tonlght...should be awesome! Inspiration for today....take time to cruise!  Take a leisurely cruise through your town and explore.

Inspirational # 112
 
As promised, a picture from Florida.  This is the Pier in Naples that goes out 1000 feet into the Gulf.  Most times you can see dolphins breaching the surface of the water.  It's hysterical when they try to seal the fish away form the fishermen fishing off the pier.  And of course, there are pelicans, sea hawks, seagulls, sandpipers, and Ibis' that hang around the pier and the beach.  Sometimes, the sea can get pretty choppy as seen in this shot from under the pier. 
 
I kinda miss not walking the pier.  It was a pretty neat thing!

and since we lack funds for my keg of beer.....
